1. Information We Collect

When you book a desert safari, ATV, dune buggy, or camping experience with Sahara Dune Adventures, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, hotel or pickup location, and payment details necessary to process your booking. If you use the booking form on our website, the details you enter (name, tour date, number of guests and children’s ages, contact number, email address, pick-up location and any special requests) are sent to our business email inbox through a third-party form-delivery service, and, if you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the same details are sent to us in a pre-filled WhatsApp message so we can confirm your booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to confirm and manage your booking, arrange hotel pickup and drop-off, communicate updates via WhatsApp, phone, or email, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared with our vehicle operators and guides strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking (e.g. pickup coordination). We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at saharaduneadventures@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to remember your preferences and improve browsing experience. No personally identifiable information is collected via cookies.
