1. Booking & Payment

All desert safari, ATV, dune buggy, and camping packages must be booked in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or our website. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package selected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Age & Health Requirements

Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities (e.g. 14+ for dune buggies, 12+ for ATV quad bikes, 18+ with valid licence for self-drive experiences). Guests with heart conditions, back problems, or who are pregnant should inform us before booking, as some activities may not be suitable.

4. Safety

All activities are conducted with safety briefings, protective equipment, and experienced guides. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by our staff at all times.

5. Liability

While Sahara Dune Adventures takes every reasonable precaution to ensure guest safety, desert activities carry inherent risks. By booking, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Where possible, guests will be notified in advance.
