Evening Desert Safari Dubai
The classic choice. We pick you up after lunch, drive to the red dunes of Lahbab for 4x4 dune bashing, stop for sunset photos, then take you to our camp in the Al Aweer desert for a camel ride, sandboarding, henna, a BBQ dinner and live tanoura, belly dance and fire shows. Morning Desert Safari Dubai
Leave at sunrise when the desert is cool and quiet. You get dune bashing, a camel ride and sandboarding, and you are back at your hotel by late morning. Morning desert safari from AED 110, or add a longer camel ride.
VIP and Private Desert Safari
The VIP desert safari (from AED 150) gives you VIP seating, table service and front-row seats for the shows. A private desert safari (from AED 299) gives your group its own 4x4, driver and guide at the time you choose. Good for couples, birthdays and proposals.

How much is a desert safari in Dubai?
Our desert safaris start at AED 30 per person if you drive to the camp yourself, AED 55 with bus pickup and AED 89 for the evening desert safari with free hotel pickup. VIP safaris start at AED 150, quad bike safaris at AED 199 and overnight camping at AED 350.
Which desert safari in Dubai is best?
For a first visit, the evening desert safari is the most popular: dune bashing, a camel ride, sunset, BBQ dinner and live shows. What time is the desert safari pickup?
Evening safaris pick up between 2:30 and 3:00 PM and drop you back between 9:30 and 10:00 PM. Morning safaris pick up between 5:30 and 6:00 AM and finish by 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Overnight safaris pick up at 3:00 PM and return at about 9:00 AM the next day.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Free hotel pickup and drop-off is included for hotels and homes in Dubai and Sharjah on all hotel-pickup packages. The self-drive option has no pickup, and the bus safari uses central pickup points.
Where is the desert safari?
Dune bashing takes place on the red sand dunes of Lahbab, and our desert camp is in the Al Aweer desert, Dubai. Self-drive guests meet us at the camp, and we share the GPS location after booking. Our office is at 34 Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai.
Is the desert safari safe for children?
Yes. Children aged 3 and over can join the evening, morning and VIP safaris. Riders must be 12 or older for quad bikes. Tell us if anyone in your group is pregnant or has back problems, as dune bashing is not suitable for them.
What should I wear on a desert safari?
Light, comfortable clothes and closed shoes or sandals you can shake the sand out of. Bring sunglasses, and a light jacket for winter evenings and early mornings. See our what to wear guide.
