Riding a quad bike (ATV) across the red dunes is one of the best things to do in Dubai. Which Quad Bike Ride Should You Choose?
Morning: the coolest time to ride, with soft light for photos and quiet dunes. Back at your hotel before lunch. Evening: ride before sunset, then stay for the camp, BBQ dinner and shows. Our most booked option. VIP: the longest ride (45 minutes) plus VIP seating and table service at the camp.
Our Quad Bikes
We use 250cc to 450cc quads that are easy to ride for beginners. Each rider gets their own bike. Your instructor sets the pace and stops for photos on the dune tops.

- Minimum age 12 to ride. Younger children can join the safari.
- No licence or experience needed.
- Wear closed shoes and sunglasses. A scarf helps with sand.
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with back or neck problems.
- Tell us your hotel and preferred time on WhatsApp when you book.
Quad Bike or Dune Buggy?

Quad Bike Dubai FAQs
How much is a quad bike ride in Dubai?
Our quad bike packages start at AED 199 per person, including the ride, the desert safari and free hotel pickup from Dubai and Sharjah. The VIP safari with a 45-minute quad ride costs AED 250.
Can I rent a quad bike without a safari?
Our quad rides come as part of a desert safari, so pickup, the instructor, safety gear and the camp are included in one price. If you only want to drive in the dunes, a self-drive dune buggy (from AED 499) is the closest option.
What is the age limit for quad biking in Dubai?
Riders must be 12 or older. Younger children can still join the safari, enjoy dune bashing and the camp, and ride a camel.
Do I need a driving licence for a quad bike?
No. You do not need a driving licence or any riding experience. Every ride starts with a safety briefing and an instructor rides with the group.
How long is the quad bike ride?
35 to 45 minutes depending on the package: 35+ minutes on the morning safari, 35 to 45 minutes on the evening safari and 45 minutes on the VIP safari.
Is quad biking safe?
Yes, when you follow the instructor. We give you a helmet and safety gear, keep groups at a steady pace and choose routes that suit beginners. Quad biking is not suitable during pregnancy or with back or neck problems.
What should I wear for quad biking?
Closed shoes, comfortable trousers or shorts and sunglasses. A scarf or buff helps keep sand out of your face. We provide the helmet.
